At a national level, a clear need has emerged among cooperatives for the reorganization and coordination of the service system. Through Innovacoop—the service company of Legacoop Emilia-Romagna—it is possible to develop projects geared toward cooperative innovation, while also providing support in navigating regional, national, and European financial policies.Furthermore, a Consortium of service companies from the Emilia-Romagna region will be established to mutually complement their offerings and effectively address the needs of cooperatives.The Consortium’s goal will be to streamline the search for appropriate solutions to businesses’ needs, facilitating access to services across all structures within the regional cooperative system, including, for example, those focused on training and innovation.The consulting and assistance system covers:Management and Executive Consulting, Organizational Models;Tax and Accounting Advisory;Labor Law Consulting, Payroll, and Corporate Welfare;Legal, Privacy, and Environmental Consulting;Subsidized Credit and Finance;Innovation and IT/Digital Services;Internationalization;Gender Equality Certification.
